Use of this website

Services and quotations
Prices shown are indicative. A quotation becomes binding only once confirmed in writing in a signed proposal or service agreement.
Payment terms
Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance and payable within 7 days. Advertising budgets are paid by the client directly to the platform unless agreed otherwise.
Term and cancellation
Engagements begin with an initial 90-day term, then continue monthly with 30 days' written notice to cancel on either side.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of final delivered assets transfers to the client. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement says otherwise.
Client responsibilities
Timely feedback, approvals, brand assets and platform access are needed to hit agreed timelines. Delays may shift delivery dates.
Results and liability
We work to agreed objectives but cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
