Branding
A brand consistency checklist for growing teams
18 June 2026 · 4 min read
Inconsistency rarely comes from bad taste. It comes from undocumented decisions and too many people making them in isolation.
Lock down: logo usage rules, a two-tier colour system, a type scale, image treatment, template files, tone of voice, and an approval path.
Templates do most of the heavy lifting. If the easiest way to make a post is already on-brand, consistency stops being a discipline problem.
Review the system quarterly. A brand guide that never changes is usually one nobody is using.
